Armor of cement and thick plated steel
A man drives forth with furious zeal.
Crushing the fruits of zoning law
The whole world looks on, in wond'rous awe.

The city of Granby in complete disarray
The police force fails in blocking his way.
Earthmovers buckle under his incredible beast
Each attempt to stop him, the damage increased.

The destruction, the anger, reminiscent of Thor
The legend, the story, the man's final roar
The rubble, the wreckage and the smoldering ruin
This was all Marv Heemeyer's glorious doin'.

The radiator crumbled, the killdozer did stall
He had toppled his targets, nine buildings in all.
No injury or casualty to townsmen or cop
His own life he took when he came to a stop.
